Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Krishna's Kitchen and Omyra Café, every meal is prepared fresh to order upon customer confirmation:

• Before Kitchen Acceptance: Digital orders submitted via table QR codes can be cancelled or edited immediately before staff accepts the ticket on the Kitchen Display System (KDS).
• After Cooking Begins: Once food preparation has begun, cancellations are not permitted due to the perishable nature of fresh ingredients.
• Item Out-of-Stock: If an ordered item becomes unavailable, staff will promptly inform you to either select an alternative or receive a full billing deduction.

Deposits for party halls, private dining chambers, and bulk event catering adhere to our tiered cancellation schedule:

• >24 Hours Notice: 100% full refund or 100% store dining credit.
• 12 to 24 Hours Notice: 50% refund of the advance reservation deposit.
• <12 Hours Notice / No-Show: Deposit is non-refundable due to pre-purchased perishable supplies and dedicated staffing allocations.

For digital payments made via UPI Dynamic QR, debit/credit cards, or payment gateways:

• Duplicate Debits: In the rare event your bank account is debited twice for a single restaurant bill, the duplicate amount is reconciled automatically by our banking partners and refunded to your original source account within 3 to 5 business days.
• Failed Gateway Transactions: If your account deducts funds but our billing terminal displays a transaction failure, the issuing bank automatically returns the funds within 24–48 hours per RBI guidelines.
• Instant Cashier Resolution: Staff can inspect bank Unique Transaction References (UTR) at the cashier counter for immediate settlement.
