When you dine at Krishna's Kitchen or Omyra Café and use our digital ordering terminal, QR menu, or feedback portal, we may collect:

• Contact Details: Your mobile phone number, provided optionally for digital GST tax invoices and WhatsApp bill receipts.
• Dining & Order History: Dishes ordered, table numbers, dietary and spice preferences, and bill settlement timestamps.
• Guest Feedback: Star ratings, food reviews, and hospitality remarks shared with our management.
• Technical Device Data: IP address, device type, and browser session cookies required to preserve your table dining cart.

We hold our guests' trust sacred. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal contact information with third-party advertising networks, telemarketers, or external brokers. Your phone number is exclusively used for invoice delivery and service communications.

We process payments through secure banking channels, authorized POS terminals, and direct Reserve Bank of India (RBI) approved UPI rails (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM):

• Our digital POS servers never store your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs.
• All digital receipts display statutory GSTIN breakdown and unique UTR transaction identifiers for verifiable accounting.

In accordance with Indian commercial taxation laws and Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations, order transaction records, tax invoices, and sales registers are retained for the legally prescribed statutory audit period.
