Terms of Service & Dining Policies

By scanning our table QR code, placing an order through a staff handheld terminal, or dining on our premises, you agree to these terms:

• Orders sent to the kitchen (KDS) are freshly prepared upon request. Once preparation begins, dish cancellations cannot be entertained.
• Please confirm your table number before submitting your digital order to ensure prompt delivery to the right seat.
• Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the dining hall and cafe premises.

All prices displayed on our physical and digital menus are in Indian Rupees (₹ INR):

• Goods and Services Tax (GST): In compliance with Indian tax laws, food and beverage charges are subject to statutory restaurant GST at 5% (CGST 2.5% + SGST 2.5%).
• Service Charges: We do not impose mandatory service charges; gratuities/tips are entirely at your discretion.
• Settlement: All bills must be paid in full immediately upon presentation using UPI, Cash, or Credit/Debit Card.

To ensure all patrons enjoy our dining space during peak rush hours (Lunch 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM, Dinner 7:00 PM – 10:30 PM):

• Tables are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis or via confirmed advance reservations.
• Management reserves the right to reallocate vacant reserved tables after a 15-minute grace period if guests have not arrived.

While we adhere to rigorous FSSAI food safety and hygiene protocols, our kitchen handles dairy, nuts, spices, and gluten. Guests with severe food allergies must inform the floor captain or manager prior to placing their order. We cannot guarantee 100% allergen-free environments across shared cookware.

For bulk Mandi trays, party orders, or student event catering:

• An advance deposit of 50% is required to lock in the kitchen prep schedule.
• Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the event are eligible for an 80% refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 12 hours cannot be refunded due to fresh procurement.
